Dr. Horton is a knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate orthodontist. I have two daughters, both with different orthodontic needs. He provides informative treatment conferences/plans and makes adjustments during treatment when necessary. Deciding to get braces as an adult was not an easy decision, but one of necessity. From the moment I walked into Dr. Horton’s office, he and his staff put me at ease. Their professionalism, customer service, patience, and sensitivity to my needs have not only been exemplary over the past two years, but they have been consistent in delivering quality service while accommodating my busy work schedule. I was able to schedule most of my appointments during my lunch hour, and rarely had to sit in the waiting room.
